My project is going painfully slow. Had some corrosion issues so spent way too much time addressing that. Pulled the outer skin back. Painted the frame and used 3m vhb tape along the bottom to keep the aluminum skin and steel frame from touching.

I used just 1” durospan ridgid insulation. It doesn’t have a big r value but I’m not planning on sleeping in it.

The wall panels I used luan from Windsor…

Heater I’m going with lt bros 5k off amazon.

I installed a Canadian tire wall cabinet that has the battery, fuse block and power charging stn. I thought about mounting the battery on the hitch but didn’t like any of the mounting ideas.

Led lights off of amazon

Corner transitions and door spring covers out of 0.040 painted white aluminum bought and bent at metal mart in the hat.

Not sure if this is a good idea or not but not dealing with a lot of extra space and wanted to keep it compact. Probably will remote mount a different fuel tank later.

Looks clean and tucked away, but a little inconvenient for filling the tank

For sure that why I’m thinking a remote tank. Should have just bought the kit instead of the heater in the housing. I had a different plan originally.

Do these work?

Once I insulated my trailer I had high temp issues, which I resolved by increasing the minimum fan speed on the unit.
