Wife and I made a deal with ourselves that we will never have more than 6 drinks per month.
I don't think since making that deal, I've ever actually hit 6 in a month though.

Wife and I are weekend warriors only now. I don't mind it. I drank every day for almost 2 years so I need the break.

I dont think it would be that hard to give up completely. As much as I love it for calming my mind down, it's nice waking up in the mornings feeling normal and not sluggish

I've watched the Huberman podcast on alcohol a couple of times now. Seriously thinking of giving it up. Have taken a few breaks from booze and it is amazing how good you feel

I don’t really drink much anymore anyways. I will have a few drinks with friends camping, BBQing or sledding but rarely drink alone. Have a cold beer or rum after a hot long day sometimes but I can go weeks at times without a beverage.

8 months no booze, there are a few food non alcoholic beer out there. Corona, Beck's and Heineken are the top choices so far.
