Rev's have a place in my memory. This might have been the funnest machine I built out of nearly 30. Small block Rotax 600, stretched to a 664, with hi comp heads, cut ports, piped, etc. It was a hell of a runner. Was faster than our 06 Gade 800HO at the time. Being a small block, it was probably the most responsive machine I ever rode. Bill Cudney and Don Emery helped me build this one. Took quite a while to figure out how to setup the Expert X. Was a very hard skid to get setup - either had a skid which couldn't be bottomed or blew through it's travel really quickly - hard to find the middle ground. This was my first foray into playing with magnesium parts. In am attempt to lighten the bulkhead further, this was the first Rev of 3 I built with a magnesium nun. It wasn't cheap, but we ended up lighter than the aluminum nun and the a-arms bent before the bulkhead did.
