Was just wondering as I've never seen both machines side by side or with the plastic off if you could put the steering post set up from a 17 on a 16 to get rid of the giant tripod the 16 has? Or if there is a kit to get rid of the floppy u joint set up?

Yup fits perfect and helps a ton. Order post and riser and your good to go. I'd also suggest the small grips as well.

I have done this to my 2015 viper and also went to the small grips. It handles pretty close to my 2018 sidewinder now.

Thanks guys. Looking at a 16 with an mou 190. Brand new with a few extras. The steering post was the biggest thing holding me back. Might pull the trigger now....

R you, did you???
and what is it?
KB just bought a new 17 Cat M8, i just brought it home today. It's a nice choice for a sled. I just put a BMP quiet muff on it, sounds sweet.

Haven't yet.
If it's still there when my new helmet shows up I might pull the trigger if I haven't found anything else I like. I'd rather have a winder but it's not in the cards this year.
