Very few Polaris 850's have been delivered and on top of that many guys are moving to the extremes of the models, either 155 with 2.6" track for lightest weight or 174" x 3" for max float/traction. This may be why responses to your request for a 163 with chaincase and 850 is not happening.

So I was told that there is a few 174’s and a couple 155’s but nothing yet in the 163... there may be a few arriving this week but hard to say if they could get built fast enough but we have a few days.
