Mine is worse and was denied warranty. Good luck.
The 850 ownership experience has prevented me from snow checking a new sled this year.
OMG
This is not an isolated issue as per BRP/dealers.

Who puts that on a stock sled? This not a BRP issue only, I have seen this on other 3" tracks and the 2.8" camso conquer track. It is most likely a result of trying to built tracks far too light.

I keep hearing about this high tension requirement, whats the new spec?

I have a gen4 with 1941 Miles on it, my track is coming apart in various locations behind the lugs. I limit my speeds on the trail to 60 miles per hr. I have filed for brp warranty today and see what they say, i’m finding almost every lug is starting to crack on the backside.
