Mine is worse and was denied warranty. Good luck.

The 850 ownership experience has prevented me from snow checking a new sled this year.

OMG
This is not an isolated issue as per BRP/dealers.

This not a BRP issue only, I have seen this on other 3" tracks and the 2.8" camso conquer track. It is most likely a result of trying to built tracks far too light.

In them hills.
3" track on my T3 and 3" power claw have both have been subjected 120kph on trail.

The fact that you guys think the groomed trail is wrecking your tracks I find entertaining.

What happens when you catch something under the snow when riding in the trees?

Your not even breaking traction on the trail........

Track is just a lemon.

Built on a Friday, after last coffee, on payday, and Monday is a holiday.

You are right. My Polaris 2.6" track started to split in between the lugs. The rear wheels were coming right through the belt. I am sure it was from the extremely high tension that is specified. Polaris did give me a new track under warranty but I changed to 8 tooth drivers at my cost so I could run the track looser and still not ratchet.

I have a gen4 with 1941 Miles on it, my track is coming apart in various locations behind the lugs. I limit my speeds on the trail to 60 miles per hr. I have filed for brp warranty today and see what they say, i’m finding almost every lug is starting to crack on the backside.

So who makes the Doo tracks ?

I know a few years back Camoplast had issues with the 3". I know this cause i experienced it and seen it on others while running them up on the stand at the shop. I had one throw a lug into the wall LOL.
The lugs would pull away(delaminate) from the belt because of the added weight of the extra 1/2" in combination of centrifugal force from rotating at speed. On the 2.5" this was not an issue.

On my Nytro i got about 5 rides before a strip of 3" lugs were left behind but that was a few years back, now the new Camo extreme don't seem to have any issues as changes were made to Camoplast bonding process. I've got about 1000km on my Yamaha and had it running well over 100km/hr many many times. Track still looks new.

Warranty on tracks is a tough go, i do not know about Doo but Camoplast(Camso) on their Extreme track state that the track is not rated for speeds exceeding 80km/hr and warranty is at their discretion.

Personally i would not get a replacement BRP track if this is the case, go with a new Camso if your having to dish out the coin for a new one. They hold out atleast.

My first 3" extreme, the 3 in a row are not the only one's missing. I just didn't take a picture of the other's. That track had i think 7 lugs missing in all.
Several guys i ride with had the same problem, i ended going back to a 2.5". This was all on turbo'ed Yamaha's.
