Is anyone else rocking a 163 on a 6 foot bed?? I'm thinking of getting a sled deck, is it really needed tho?? Feedback is greatly appreciated.
With a 163 in a 6 foot box, your track will hang over about 2 feet. Which in Alberta, isn't a big deal. Not sure about B.C though.
I think it will hang over more then 2 ft...My 163 Doo is over 11ft long...just sayin.
I have the same sled. My dads truck has a 6 foot box.
I can go measure it if you would like me to.
My sled hangs off along way on a 6' deck. I have a 8' stf deck and wouldn't go another way
Thats it if you can stop it with out landing on the roof of your truck, and balance it there you can haul it, and then put some 33's on your truck and see how steep that the ramp is, Good Luck! it can be done just make sure someone there to hold your beer!

I put my Kingcat into the 5.5 box on my F-150. With the tailgate down it hangs out 6 inches over BC law. With a light plugged into trailer connector then clipped to the track, I will be fine.
Are you kidding me. My sled has a 156 and its 10'10" from ski tip to bumper. With a 163 in a 6 foot box, your track will hang over about 2 feet. Which in Alberta, isn't a big deal. Not sure about B.C though.
