Riding Rehshaw last weekend and had the bolt that holds the larger pulley on the quick drive system shear off. Good news is have 600km on it and when it all came apart the belt still looked brand new. Had to get pulled out with no brakes which on the main trail wasn't bad but before that really sucked. Anybody else having any issues? Ground about 5 teeth ends off the jack shaft so that is getting replaced as well as the pulley.

Right when it went was on a 5* slope maybe, nothing that should have been stressing anything. Odd as that bolt should have little to no stress on it, the bolt just holds the pulley on the driveshaft which bears the load.

My thoughts as well, an over torque on the bolt. Annoying anyway, missed out on a good day of riding the next day.

I had the same thing happen on my 13 last year. Pulley stayed put though. I happened to notice the broken bolt when checking things over at home. There's a recall on the 13's to increase the torque on the pulley bolts. Also, the 14's have a different bottom pulley with better fit on the shaft to prevent this...
