Sucks about the rim, but ITP's are aluminum too.

I hear the rocks in your rim add extra performance and all, but its not worth the risk... It's like running nos. :d

The stupid thing is $200 for a factory rim and about $130 for ITPs. Wanted to keep original set of tires for around the yard so I had to replace the one rim and buy a set of new rims just for play. Just waiting for the big thaw to try out my new Zillas.

Not only that, the ITP's look better.

quite possibly! I got a few more tricks up my sleeve to make your quad the best it's ever been.

-sand in the airboot
-using old oil for every oil change, because it's already broken-in
-revving your quad to the limiter when you first start it up (shortens warm-up time, and gets all the fluids where they need to be faster)
-drilling holes in your belts for extra cooling
-filling your exhaust pipe with water and coolant so it doesn't glow red.
-lots and lots of stickers
-zipties are better than bolts or pop-rivits.

-bale wire will hold ANYTHING together on a quad.

Thats for another thread Zeebs. I'll make a how-to post about that soon! :d

Fawk u peeps are awsum.

u forgot mud caked up in rear fenders add downforce and gives better traction.

Good idea, it's also very customizable. Not everyone gets the same mud you know!

I also prefer using very dried up grass or news paper as header wrap. Some times you gotta wet it in gasoline before it adheres to the head pipe.

Also, Hi range allows you to use most of your quads power. Low range is for noobs who don't know how to ride through peanut butter mud. Smoke from your belt housing means your clutch is working fine.

Disconnect all the brake lines so when you accidently step on the foot brake pedal while jumping side to side to get out of the mud hole it wont slow your progress

Or accedentally flip over the bars when you wonder what that shiny lever does.

Make sure you crease 'dem muffler bearings good in some volatile muffler grease, everyone knows how many moving parts there are inside mufflers. Especially dem rattle cans you see on 4 cyl ricers, you know they are fast cars!!!
