I have used torco accelerator and vp octainium with great results in my jet boat ZZ powered small block that knocks like a mofo on 87, very handy when on northern rivers that a handful of stops don't have 91oct.

I don't know if this is what Catman10 is using, but Torco octane boost is pretty good. Probably will end up costing more than AV gas though

I'd say VP Octanium is also in the same class. I picked up 4 cans for $30/can. Bumps 91 octane to 98 and each can gives you 40L of fuel. They used to class this as a "Race Gas Concentrate". Klotz also makes a similar product called "Hitrate". If you are in or around Grande Prairie; Happy Gas at the GP airport is super easy. Drive right to the pumps with jerry cans and swipe your card. I think it's around $1.80/L for 100LL. But the price is always on their website.

Just for info

This past summer I did some motor work and ECU upgrades to my bike and for some areas I am running additive for octane improvement.

I researched Torco which I had used in the past, VP’s Octanium, Klotz and Boostane. The Boostane Professional worked out to be the best bang for buck when comparing race fuel prices and the quantity required to achieve your desired octane. When looking at the additives be sure to compare the mix charts with your point increase and determine the price per ounce added to the fuel price and determine if in your case it’s cheaper for race fuel or additives. AvGas mix will likely come out cheaper but I will not run it anymore and I used to get it for free.

That’s my own choice based on my experience but numerous guys have experienced zero issues with it. No point in discussing my reasons further as everyone has their own opinion.

And don’t run any octane additives in vehicles with cats. Same can be said for 100LL as well so don’t put it in your wife’s Honda when you have extra like I have seen guys do.

I can no longer get the free stuff but should I happen upon some I will grab it for you. Brandon Petroleum I think has the only tank here now and it’s a card lock for the Global news Robertson.
