are you runing your booney box?
When you reprogrammed did it take away the black snow feature that these things are famous for? Have to send mine in to get that done it makes the snow look like spiled choclate milk when i get stuck. Lol

nope......... Not using the bb ....... Don't need it. And nope, mine doesn't make any more soot marks than any of the 800's in our group, and if nothing it is way last.....

Same with mine, no fuel box, just the 07 mid alt map and it doesn't leave the black snow either.

Fired the big girl up last nite, and she sounds fine......... Very "snorky". Can't wait to get her out on the snow in fernie this weekend :) ...... Will put clutch kit in when i get back. Running extra oil in the fuel for break-in purposes. This new bikeman can is loud, but sounds sweet!!!

You are thinking of the low pressure pump not the high pressure pump. The hp is in the tank and the lp is under the motor. The stock one is made by facet and it is junk, they are known to quit working leaving you out of gas with still half a tank left because the lp pump feeds the hp pump when you are under about 1/2 a tank. The napa one is made by airtex and is more reliable.
