My daughter & son in law will soon have 10 acres with in walking distance to the pembina river ( less than half mile). For sale . Beautiful treed get away acerage with power , road , and cleared sight . Located on a dead end road 2 miles off of pavement it is less than an hour to west Edmonton . Great spot for rv , cabin , camping etc..... Sled and quad trails to the river...Miles of great riding, hunting ,etc....
This is subject to final subdivision approval ,which is a couple of months away at most. Also he is prepared to put on a double garage for toy storage at extra cost.
Excelent area close to all amenities and yet very private and peacefull.
