Anyone done, or seen a dragon suspension put on an edge? would prob need a drop'n roll and new driver, maybe new mounting holes/plates, but would work?

I would think you could make it work as long as the setback and the mounting height in the tunnel keeps the same geometry.

Here's what I would do.

First measure what your stock ride height is at that back of your skid plate/bellypan or opening to yout tunnel is. Next measure the same on a '09 or IQ suspension. Do this to be careful that you don't greatly increase or decrese your attack angle when you install, this will make a HUGE diffence in how the sled handles, it will also dictate if you need a drop and roll or maybe even smaller drivers to fit the suspension far enough inside. If you don't get the attack angle right it will throw off your transfer, ski pressure, ability to get on top of snow, etc. so make sure you get this front angle caluculated right!

Drivers might be fine as it would matter more on track you are going to use.

Take a stock measurement off an IQ sled as far as bolt measurement both in a "x" pattern, distance between each of the bolts, off the ground, making sure you get good acurate square measurements that you can duplicate as far as mounting in the other tunnel. These also need to be accurate to make sure you don't get any location that would bind/not work the the way it was designed.

Also, you might have to play with the shocks to get them setup correctly in the new application to get the desired feeedback you want.

Yes I am sure it can be done, but another route you may want to look at is maybe finding a used suspension out of a verticle escape or something similar, designed for the handling of the edge chassis in more extreme conditions.

the tunnel on the dragon is about 1 inch narrower then the 04 tunnel so you would have to replace the cross members could be done but could be costly
