X2 on the clutch kit, I put DJ's clutch in with his mountain ramps, really woke her up. Best mod I've done. :)

I would for sure get a 2.5 track, a good clutch set up and maybe a little nitrous kit.
If your not very mechanical i would stay away from an 860. I run one and IMO any big bore is more than just pull and go like the builders claim. Having said that my 860 does pull like crazy and i bet you would like the power.

A clutch kit is definitely best option. Also going to a 14-1 head will help bring performance up in the mid range and more torque throughout the powerband, both clutching and head will really help out in the deep powder, just remember to run premium.

I think you need a little bit more than premium to get out of the parking lot and up to elevation with a 14 to 1 head! You can say that you take it easy at until you get to elevation but what if there's 3' of snow in the parking lot! :d:beer::d

The best single mod that I've done on my sled is changing the track to a Camo Extreme 2.5". Clutching is right up there too.
