Over the last year i have been having some serious problems with my 700 dragon. At lower elevations (3000 to 5000) it will not rev past 7000, bogging and sputtering. Once up to the Higher elevations it starts to work alot better but still has the odd hiccup. I have took it to the dealer numerous times, had the clutch rebuilt and everything else i could think of to resolve the problem. My patience are starting to wear thin with polaris. Any suggestions would be awesome.

I had a problem like this on my 98. to fix this at low elavation run your sled flat out, when you are going as fast as you can hit the kill switch. at a stop take out your plugs, if they are black your to ritch.

Sounds to me like you might have a problem with your TPS (throtle position sensor). Try disconecting it, this will cause your timming to go to full advanced. See if it changes anything.
