08 nytro fan not working when light is on

I just got my nytro back for the dealer all in peices put it all together runs fine for a half hour then the coolent light came on..... But the fan was not running shouldn't the fan be on if the light is on there's no white smoke and no water in the oil any ideas lol

Check the connection to the fan, I believe that is a two wire connection on the inside left side I believe. This is easy to forget to plug in. If not check to see if you have any power there when running hot. I can check my manual but have no access right now.

Well I got it back put shop air in the cylinders and the center was leaking to the coolent.... So we pulled the front suspension off removed the engine and cleaned it all up the head was still nice and straight the yamaha spec was .003 and the smallest feeler gauge I had was .0015 and couldn't even get that to pass so we put it all together took 12 hours complete... I drove it for a few hours and seems fine now

take off the hood and take a flashlight in there behind and see if there is something stopping the fan from running.. thats what mine was.. it was i believe my throttle cable or a fuel line i cant remember.. but something was touching the fan not letting it move.
