Hey Fella's,

Was out sledding last week and noticed my handle bars are not inline with my skis. I would have to guess that it is probably out approximately 20-25 deg. Everything looks the same as it always did, didn't hit anything, no damage. Any idea what would cause this? Upon looking closer it may just be one ski that is out of alignment. Don't want to make any adjustments if there is a simple explanation for this.

if it's out that much maybe u did hit something and just didn't notice it.It is a simple fix though count the threads on your tie rods and make both the same

Lay a straight edge along the track and up beside the ski. Make sure you have one ski straight when the handle bars are straight. Then adjust the ski that is out. Might want to check your a-arms over closely and make sure they aren't tweaked. You should set the skis with between an 1/8" to 1/4" toe out.

Upon inspection... The only thing I can see is that I have bent the lower A-arm to Spindle bolt and broken both bushings/ inserts. I have no idea when this happened but none the less. I put another temporary bolt in its place to check bolt hole alignment and all seems good, just waiting on the replacement part. Hopefully that will solve my ski alignment issue.

I further notice that on the opposite side the tie rod impacts the spindle/ lower A-arm bolt head on full left turn (this issue being on the Right side). Any guesses what causes this? I'm headed to Ralphs tomorrow to pick up my new bolt and inserts. Hopefully they will have some answers on the tie rod.
