07 800r No spark

Hey folks I have an 07 summit 800r with no spark. The coil, voltage regulator, kill switch and dess post all check out good. The stator has weird readings from the black wire in the green and black plug. Does anyone know what that wire is for? Could it be my problem? Any other suggestions on where or what to look for?

let me know what you find out i have two complete electrical systems for the 2007 800r, both were running machines when i parted them out.
