05 Saber cat 600 Backfiring

Okay so i have a 2005 arctic cat saber cat 600 efi. The other day it all of a sudden had absolutely no power and would keep backfiring. It sounds like its only running on one cylinder but Im not too sure exactly. Any help would be great.
