04 electrical isuues?

My buddies 04 800 starts and runs for about 12\km and then shuts down and will not restart (sometimes for days)
When it shutsdown the tach is stuck and when the cord is pulled the lights do not turn on. I am guessing stator, but already replaced it and the coil.
Any thoughts?

I had a 04 summit x wouldn't run.At tried everything killswitch,stator,module
turns out there was a short in my gauge unplugged it fired up never missed a beat.

Does anyone know what the Napa part number would be for the replacement relay, i know Skidoo wants too much for theirs and i really should start to carry a spare just in case.

did you check to see if you have spark? I would start there first. Then test to see if there is fuel............ The fuel filter in the tank gets restricted over a period of time, and can eventually cause a problem like this........... Jus sayin'

Turns out it was the stator again
What a pain in the ass.....
It wasn't a BRP stator that was put into last time, so it will be this time.
