Sled is looking real good,With that extra fuel in the seat you should get rid of that rack on the back and get a snow flap on that thing. Also the other thing I would recomend is a set of Powderhound ski,s.I found they are much better than stock!

take a power sander with a lite grit and scuff it up a bit then finish is with a liter grit then polish.

Nice Sled

I just put on a set of sled junky drop brackets ( havn't tried them yet ). Did you have to extend your brake line for the 3" riser. I tried to installl a 2" riser and it wouldn't work with the stock brake line. I thought that 2" rise would be no problem before adding cable etensions and messing with brake lines. How was the snow eliminators to install ? Do they weaken the tunnel or add strength ? The sled looks good. :d

to ypur riser question
i had a 3" on my other sled and it doesnt work with the throttle
u tunr it fully and the throotle cable hooks out of onnection
brakeline you have to extend already at 2" rise
so you will need brakeline and throttleextension
took me prob total 30minutes to install those 2 items with bleeding the brakes after youre done

the eliminators i did a step bz step tutorial you can find this here

if they add now strength i dont know would think so cause they defenatly dont weaken it
