Just looking for some jetting info. Its got bender triple pipes and reed spacers and everything else is stock. Im at 2300 feet right now and am running 150 mains straight across, fuel screw 2 turns out, also 50 pilots with the needles 3rd clip one washer on top one on the bottom. Sled runs awesome at that elevation but if I even go up 800 feet in elevation from there it is running very rich with no power at all. Question is what jetting can I run for altitudes up to 5000 feet and still be safe enough to get back to the truck with out burning up. Thanks.

No the air box is stock. I do have a holtzman vari flow also but not sure if I trust it or how to use it. It is disconnected right now.

So 147.5 safer? If I had the instructions for the vari flow id use it. I think it might be missing the bigger jet that goes on the half inch vent line.

Thanks for the link. I looked but could only find the newer versions. One thing is the guy I bought the sled from said that the dial can be turned around several times and I read a post saying that will ruin the vari flow. Just not sure if I trust it in case its damaged.

Yup, I had a 2000 MM700 with aaen triples and reeds.
I jetted it for 2200' at home, and then installed the Holzman tempaflow, which allowed manual adjustments for altitude.
I would adjust the dial per my gps elevation readings.
Rode with the same jets all the way up to 10,000' and it was the most crisp and clean running sled I have had!!!
