The 2013 SM Prototypes appear to be coming out with a new hood design. With the success of the CVT and belt holder there is no need to be able to get into the muffler area for a MuffPot.

Here is a solution. Most guys/gals purchase a can after the fact to get rid of the added weight of the "suitcase". This can, TheThing, works on the Etec motor and with 1600 km on the 2012, I haven't had a hick-up.

The tone is nice; not obnoxious and at ear plug level. A two-tier stainless, cooking pot; one for appetizers and the other for the main course. It gets hot.

Designed by Turbo Al at the SledShed in Revelstoke, it is the answer for hot meals on the mountain. He also has one for the new Polaris owners.

Some people say the best smell on the trail is the smell of 2 stoke oil. I personally feel following Doug and smelling garlic shrimp cooking beats that all to heck. Lol. Right Doug?

Hey Boots...put one on my PRO RMK. I had the same thought, but the Sled Shed boys Flow test them and there is no loss or hinderance whatsoever. Ribs and garlic butter prawns yesterday in about 7-10 mins:D

The Thing cooker worked wicked. Couldn't believe how fast it cooked. Al and Pete make quality product.

Gear Hub was great helped me out on Thurs morning( secodary tension adjuster backin out( shockwave and bushing to be applied this week lol) Cant say enough about Kevin and Birdie if you ever get a chance to ride with them Doo they are a blast and know the area inside out. Gonna mount my muffpot before the ride Jetboil works great for boilin tails 2 samll ones in no time be nice to have a filet in the muff so surf and tuff can be done.

You read correct young man! It depends on the menu.

Frozen uncooked shrimp in the top tray can take as little as 10-15 minutes at WOT. Cooked shrimp a little less time. Scallops (the big sea scallops) maybe 15-20 minutes.
Frozen meals in the bottom tray maybe 20 minutes or up to 30 but hardly longer than that.
My dessert trays (frozen cake or apple crisp) about 20-30 minutes on the way down with not a lot of WOT.

No longer doo I put them in at the staging area unless I belong to the "nooner club" on that particular day.
