I just had to get a new key made for my 670x, the magnetism on the old one wore out and was causing the sled to cut in and out randomly.

Narrowed it down to the rev limiter, running without the battery must have fried it, I disconnected it and the quad runs great, just need to figure out how to bypass it to get the awd to kick in.

Verdict - clutch side crank seal heard there is a cheap fix (just push new seals in) but it will be a reocurring problem, or pull her apart and do it proper, anyone try the cheap way??
