I agree roughly 1200 to replace and a rebuild with new roller cage bearings, armatuer plate and seals right around 600 depending where you get the roller cage

New crank,connecting rods, pistons,main bearings,water pump,2" lift and Rhino axles.repositioned the rad and moved the winch down,been a long winter should be ready for may though.

used 2" header wrap for the exhaust and foil heat reflective tape that I picked up from Kevin at Rapid Revolutions. Worked like a charm,no more boiling fuel or hot right leg.

WD-40 works great also leaves a bit of a film for easier removal next time.

My 08 800 sportsman was having issues with pressure in the gas tank .I found the vent line to be plugged got that fixed but know the fuel is boiling after a period of riding and the engine is running rough and stalling. what should i be looking at?:confused:

I have an 08 800 Sportsman and I am not sure if the front left side is being driven is there any way to check it out. Didnt really notice it myself but a buddy pointed it out to me when I was going through a mud hole.

I agree , worse yet is when they slow down once they get in front.

Just bought two trojan T105 at Battery World in Edmonton.I was told that when connected in series they have about 470 minute reserve. I payed $170.00 each. Tried them out on the weekend they ran the furnace and lights for 2 nights and two days and still had enough power to start the genset.
