Good day, Im prepping my 2015 pro rmk 800 with boost-it setup for this up coming season and noticed my AFR sensor has failed. Does anyone know what the part number is that Boost-it used on their kits for the wide band O2 sensor? The numbers are worn off mine, and i cant seem to get any...
If the grounds don't fix it, try adding weight like I said earlier. Sounds like you have tried different fuel. You just may be spiking the rpm, and that's all it takes to hit det as well
So the little 3/4" spacer behind your secondary retaining bolt happens to fit perfectly in the top gear. So use the bolt without a washer and install the spacer on the top shaft. Slip the belt on half way down on both gears. Start the lower drive gear on the shaft, then pull the top gear over...
There's another very recent thread on here that has all the xic values. Have a look at them. I would check fuel pressure on this, as well as air leaks. Cranks seals, and last rubber intake rubbers, including throttle bodies.
I use a 0-40 synthetic eng oil. I change every year. Use a zip tie or something to measure. Stick it in the top so that it touches the far back corner. Should read just over half way. Been doing that for 4 years now and have had no issues.
Pros run great with boost. No need to waste your money on a fix kit. I would still replace your tps. All the symptoms lead to that anyway. It may not be fully failed, but I would say it's on its way out.
