Skidoo makes a plate with studs that you put on the inside of the tunnel, with lock nuts to hold the inner chaincase. I have it on my 2008.

The trick is to use an air impact. One time I tried to use my electric impact so I didn't have to fire up the compressor. It didn't work at all. Sure enough when I grabbed the air impact, it was 5 seconds.

Walmart has the Shell for $43/5l regular price. Better than Canadian Tire on sale. I have been running it for a few years now.

I haven't been able to figure out the difference between the SP and X boards, but I saw on the website that something with the new boards is an X only feature...

I'm pretty sure that he drilled something in the cases so they worked on straight vacuum, instead of the solenoid setup.

I got Deano at mad motorsports to modify my rave valve setup to work like the older engines. The solenoid setup fails more often than most think. It also opens the valves up later than it should. Your engine may have this type of mod.

I am assuming this weekend was pretty detrimental to the snow around whitecourt? I have no snow left in my yard, just outside of Calmar.

There is a bonus features on Schooled 6 that is all about the Arc. Also another one about shock setup (of course with some fox influence)

I have one as well. Some minor scuffing on the right side. Will let it go for $100. Has about 3000km on it. Put a 2.5 from a 12 on last year. It is the powdermax, not the challenger lite.

I didn't. There is a rivet and a bolt on the top of the tunnel. Drilling the rivet was tricky, but the bolt dropping out was when I swore. I taped the bolt to a coat hanger and was able to fish it up through the hole again. When I tightened the nut, the bolt/washer bit hard enough to stay...
I just installed a new RH Stirrup on my 08 on Saturday. The tab that is welded to the tube at the top of the stirrup broke, so it wasn't connected to the tunnel anymore. I had to drill out the rivets on the old one that hold the rubber strap and the muffler spring holder (I think this is what...
Believe it or not, skidoo action gloves are awesome. I have had two pair for over 5 years, and they are finally starting to wear. They are completely waterproof/breathable, and have decent dexterity. Usually they are on sale at the sled show for 35/pair. I wear a coat with the piece that hooks...
I had a decent amount of oil leaking from mine last year, and couldn't find the source. Took it to Deano, and it ended up being BOTH lines from the oil pump to the crank case. When I replaced the crankshaft a couple years ago, I must have nicked the lines removing or installing the engine...
