I went with a clutching set up from altitude power sports, I’m pretty sure Ben is on here but not sure his user name, been a good improvement from my previous set up’s and I put my last flash in December 20th or around that time, they just put a new one out then, there may be a new one out again...
I have silbers latest tune in and different clutching this year and seems to be better, didn’t get much riding in because my chain case went into self destruct mode late December, still waiting on parts
I put in a boost T. I run 8 psi, boost T should give you about 4 psi of adjustment, then you have to play with your waste gate tie rod. Will get waste gate creep, or you can just adjust the the tie rod to get the boost you want and leave it, but that's a lot of pissing around. I believe I set my...
I never ran mine stock either, so not sure if it was the kit or not, the tune I ran in November was horrible, couldn't even drive it down the trail. The tune I just put in a month ago is better. But the bottom end has that issue still. I have noticed that when I pull my pipe the y-pipe is pretty...
What shops in western Canada are going to be the best to deal with getting a clutching setup and gearing on an alpha.
Going to be switching the track on my 20 154" to the 2.6" from the 3". As far as I've found doing research the 20's came with a 7T-3.5 pitch driver and gears are 19T and 50T...
Thanks, I have heard a few people mention injectors, I am leaning that direction. See if I can get them on warranty, if not there only $100 a pop so will throw a new set in this summer anyways
I wonder if it's there tune or what. I'm just starting to grab at any ideas because I've talked to guys that are running 20's with the silber and they say they run fine. But mines not. And as for track speed I never did look at speed on a good pull, and on the flat I don't try hold it for long...
If you punch it, it clears up after a little bog. Seems to do it mostly when going down the trail around 35 mph and less. If your working it hard off and on the the throttle it's good. It's the worst at about 10 mph
Also no secondary injectors, and if there was there is no way at 5600 rpm that it's building enough boost or any boost at all to be into the secondary injectors
It's not an octane issue, it's enough octane. only time I had det issues is with a bad tune I had, also with boost can run them higher rpm, but besides the fact that's no help or anything related to the issue, as the mid to top range are good.
Looking for info on guys running the 2020 only!! Has anyone had issues with the sled sounding like it drops a cylinder from engagement to around 5600rpm, then run perfect after that rpm? boosted or stock. Reeds are good, tps is unplugged, fresh plugs, exhaust valves adjusted properly...
2016 proclimb 800, just over 1200 miles on it. when you give it full throttle from a stop it pulls hard then sputters and pop's when it gets in the higher rpm's, and when riding at a constant acceleration it does the same thing around 7900rpm. Almost feels like it hits the rev limiter. Has stock...
I am doing the RKT porting set up on my 08 m1000, cylinder porting, case porting, billet head, SW single pipe and y-pipe, Skinz super q can, Boyesen Rage Cages, timber sled air intake and oil injection delete. Just wondering if anyone is running this set up, how they are running, and any tips...
