Glad you purchased from RGM he is good to deal with and those radios won't dis-appoint you. I like to see people purchase from site advertisers rather than others who try for sales off the site for the advertisers are what keep the site going.
I go to metal super markets, and if you want they will cut lengths you want, just a thought but you can get fuel tank strapping(strap kit for semi) that might be easier to work with for what your doing.
Slight tire circumference being to much can still cause issue, think of the tire rotation difference when driving for 100 km for example. larger tire will be pulling and smaller tire will be skidding, like Tex has been saying clearance in t-case dosen't allow much difference in circumference of...
Have you had it at the dealer, they can program the heaters and that maybe all you need. Also believe the heaters on the gen4 for .17 to 21 years are the same

I agree with the groomer does seem to do a great job
Pics in parking lot of loaded truck looks sketchy
Since talking about insurance, what about getting to and from the mountains. Most insurance will not cover your sled if it's in someone else's trailer and a accident happens, you need collision coverage for this. The owner of truck and trailer can put insurance on trailer but that does not cover...
