The weather is hit and miss. Sometimes great and sometimes a few rainy mornings, but overall no complaints. It's always good too have a town day as we call it in the middle of the 7 days of riding lol... We usually dont hit the hill until 1 pm and then come down around 9 pm if we have a blue...

Right on sounds good, it's always a fun trip up there. We go every yr for May long. Is the border crossing still the same or do you need passports now ?

I am looking at doing an ICF basement, just wondering peoples thoughts on it vs the traditional way pro's and con's. And where to purchase the blocks at for a good price, around the Edmonton area. :d:beer:

Not sure if anyone has been in that way this year. I know a few yrs back it was getting overgrown with willows, not worth going that way anymore in my opinion....:(

Have a VE on my Cat, i love it. It's strong no issues there so far. Was a toss up between the two, i liked the VE look better than the CR. Fit and finnish i had no issues there, everything went together great. :beer:

Yes Nv Mountainview is going down hill in a ---- of a hurry. It's a nasty place. If they had the right people looking after it, it would be ok. I would stay at old bar in town before i would go back to Nv Mountainview lol...

Wow thats scary. I have the same track on my sled with about 5000km and no major problems yet.

I guess i have been lucky, have not broke any rope or handles yet. The 06 king cat has the tube for the rope, which is a great idea.

Looking for a larger recoil kit for the 900 cat. Sled don't like too pull over in the cold weather when left outside over nite. I see Terra Alps has a kit, just wondering if anyone has one and if it's worth it, or if i might be able too find one around the Edmonton area. Any help is appreciated...

Lost a zipper on one of the water bottle pouches this weekend :(

I had mine done at Impact Coatings in Edmonton a few years ago. They are on the west end. Fast and a good price as well. :)

Was just wondering if anyone has any experience with them, gonna go check them out one day, and see what all they have. Gonna build a new house in the spring, might be a better way of buying stuff and saving a bit of cash. Just wondering the pro's and con's with direct buy before i go in there.
