Hey Guys, does anyone know where i could send a Fox Float 3 Evol front ski shock for repair? i have one leaking down after it sits a couple of days.
Thanks
Sounds like plugged pilot jets, sometimes they plug up so bad you need a small needle to clean them out, won't start or idle until there cleaned, hope you get it running, good luck.
Yes they do look very similar, trying to find piston part # for both kits but I am having a tough time, I believe they are both forged, thanks for the info, I am hoping someone has put some miles on there kit to let me know how it is performing.
Has anyone heard of the Mongoose Fix Kit? Went to my local Polaris dealer as they told me they had the MNTK Fix Kit on the shelf, when I got there it had Mongoose on the box, they said it was exactly the same, I need some info on this kit to see if it is as good as the MNTK, I am going to phone...
I put Fox Float 3 Evol on the rear skid 2 winters ago and i love them, the factory walkers never made a season and the chrome flaked off and blew the seals and bent a cross shaft, I also installed neoprene covers to protect the coating on them, so far i would recommend them.
Well i finally bit the bullet and bought an Avi bag, I purchased a ABS Vario 15L, due to the dual air bag and it fits great, many years in the mountains, but all the Avi info these days, and all the reports from fellow riders it's good to see everybody doing there part to be safe.
Plug both ends one solid with a rubber stopper with a metal strap the other end with a rubber stopper with a air chuck and a flat strap, clamp the strap around the end of the pipe, put 5 pounds of air in it heat the dent up with a torch and it pops right out, I had done this lots on my two...
I had the Glue pull on a lower control arm as well, I bought it before any damage was done and Polaris warrantied it as well (goodwill).
IMHO it is not the glue that is breaking down, it is water and snow getting into the A Arm from the two holes at the end closest to the bulkhead once they are...
I have the InReachSe, works great, I have done the update was simple just plug in and go, it is great for tracking as well, hit track when you leave the truck and end when you get back, then when you get home you plug into your laptop and it stores all your trips, I have sent and received SMS...
I see a new camera on the market it is called the Wasp, does anybody have any experience with them? they advertise a longer battery life then the Go Pro. $269.00 with a wrist remote at my local shop, might be something to check out they also use all the Go Pro attachments for mounting.
