Sorry I don't have pics the sled and hubby were picked up on the trail and the sled dropped at the repair shop and hubby was dropped at home lol I think the plan is to resleeve the cylinder and pick it up when it's fixed.

What would cause a cracked cinder and melted piston ? Sled has about 3500 miles on it. Is this common on the 600 ?

I am in Saskatchewan too enis, I got my sled in December and still put 900 miles on. 500 were in the same weekend tho lol The geese are already back on the golf course here, so the season must be ready to go soon :d Have a great Golf season and hope for next winter be a true winter with lots of snow

talked to my Polaris service guy and he said the black stuff is oil coming from the exhaust solenoid. 2 strokes don't burn all the oil so it will drip out in small amounts from the tube that runs from it. So 4strokin, you were correct as well as on the vent tube for the fuel tank. Thanks :)

If you don't use it, you lose it. For instance, You could show me how to pack a parachute. and if I don't pack it on my own ALOT of times to practice I wont remember. So practice makes perfect and making it a fun game isn't so bad.
