try cleaning the surfaces on both your primary and secondary if you havent already done that and soaking your belt and washing it with soap and water i have never heard of any one doing that i dont see any reason for it i have never had a problem installing a belt right off the counter!!!

ya i went over my sled probly 5 times and found someting that needed my attention every time just little things but still anyone that buys a sled new should always check it over before making a long trip tp the mountains because once up there you dont really want issues they can be costly

haha actually i made up some spacers seeing that the 07 use a different shaft for upper boggies then the 08 and dont have a provision for a snap ring to keep the boggie from walking on the shaft so for the time i just fabricated a couple spacers from 1 inch pipe nipple and installed. it...
