Hello, not sure if there are any Top Gear (UK) fans here at S&M, but i love this show for its cars and humor.
Please pardon me if there was a previous thread on this, i searched and could not find anything. Anyways, in an Episode from 2011, they race 2 polaris sleds against a VW Dakar race...
Technically BRP is a Canadian Company traded on the TSX... but you might review the historical majority ownership of BRP. Half of the company was sold to Americans (IE Bain Investment Group)...twelve years ago.
was out today on pigeon (feb 15), there were lots of sleds. ****ty snow conditions which were really wind blown
quads and sXs all around,
lots of trucks on the lake ice fishing so the ice must still be fairly solid. I was a bit weary as I went through yesterday on my sled on a small creek but...
Sorry just a rant... between watching two ultra boring games ending in 5-1 and 5-0 and then having to put up with George Strombowhatever try to be buddies with the real hockey guys....
i just can't take it any longer.
PS i usually don't agree with Cherry, but he was spot on tonight. The NHL...
you should really address him as Commander Bond...reflecting his official rank with British Intelligence
LOL
To the OP, since you paid for a brand new machine with warranty...pin the throttle!!!
Dave, your buddy's at BRP should use the fifth shot as a website photo it is so good. Its a close up in focus with three good placements of the Skidoo brand (engine bay, helmet, and snow flap)
excellent shots!
I wouldn't venture into town to fill the sled up, but I don't think anyone would really care. the farmers always drive their tractors to the esso to fill up so I don't think it is any different, but the 411 would have a different opinion.
I think if you are not ignorant blasting back and forth...
As someone born and raised in the city, one of the benefits of living outside of Edmonton is being able to blast around with your sled/quad/sXs/dirtbike right from your house and nobody cares !!!
perhaps you could drive the extra fifteen minutes and travel to ride the ditches of Leduc county where it is legal if you adhere to their basic conditions...there is at least some snow now thanks to yesterday's precipitation
i had a blast last night in the drifts
just a suggestion
