Yep, I also remember riding the Bezanson trail and seeing the old power poles sticking out only 2ft, ya thats when Revy got 30+ft of snow.
Now, you see 30ft of pole instead.
I also remember walking down into the old cabin sitting on 12ft stilts and shoveling out the main door.
Thus why you won't find me much in what we locals now call the tourist area's.
Boulder, Frisby, Blue, Hunters, Owls and recently added Eagles are a joke. imo
Many hardcore backcountry local's once had these areas too ride and share but are not impressed with the influx of sledders from all over...
I have less $$$ in my Winder and I bet it would out handle and clubber it in the power department. Ya and probably 80lbs lighter. LOL
I must say, if you can build, they are an awesome sled, still holds the crown as king of steep and deep.
They are calling it the Final Edition.
Question is, what western dealer will take a snowcheck deposit on an MTX and come fall the dude changes his mind. Sure he may lose his deposit but now the dealer is stuck with an unwanted $27k sled in his inventory.
I'ed be hesitant.
Nice job, that 9R is a great base sled for a turbo build if your looking for more then what the factory can or may ever offer.
For what you can grab a 9R right now, its a no brainer if you want a turbo.
Sounds like a fuel pump. Checking the fuel pressure when the pump is cool will give you only an idea but not a true diagnostic.
Fuel pump that is weak will loose pressure once warmed up or hot.
I would pull the pump and check the fuel strainer, easy peasy to do. A clogged strainer will cause the...
I believe the problem stems in the spider, the P22 has a "splined" spider instead of a threaded one. This allows for easy outer Sheave removal. No need to unthread the spider. It also incorporates a bearing on the shaft, this allows to run a tighter belt deflection for improved clutch response...
No kidding
Plus the bolt is not the issue, clutch bolt don’t hold clutches it’s the taper job.
The issue will be with the taper or the spider.
What is happening is the bolt is being over tighten by the clutch it self. Movement, leading to bolt breakage and because of this deficiencies the clutch...

hahaha, I was their pet for 10years, every time I stepped out of line they would beat me back into submission then one day an opportune moment came and I took it. I will never look back or be simulated into their cult.
My wife KB is a BRP Can-Am ambassador, can be found on "Can-am on Road" and "Woman on Road" she's mentors women with Spyders and Rykers....Too my disgust . j/k
She told me that Can-Am has an electric motorcycle slated to be released at the end of 2024. They are also working on electric...
I personally know Nadine Overwater, watched her grow as a child and into the sledding world.
She's a great person, everyone is entitled to an opinion and a perspective, I respect that.
Just like you minions riding them "FnK" SkiDoos....:ROFLMAO:
Exactly true, I guess a stock turbo allows for non mixing LOL.
I had the 9R and the Winder out on the same rides for two days the weekend I got hurt and honestly, I love the 9r but so the Winder, very very different, one not better then the other. The poison of the day will be dictated by...
Well guys, the 9R is not a replacement for the Winder, its a complementary sled for these new conditions that we are experiencing and likely the future norm.
The two are not comparable, both dominate their own intended use.
I promised my self after the Nytro and nearly 2 decades of mixing I...
