I don't have any experience getting a stuck quick drive gear off,but have pulled some stuck sheave's from motor and blower shafts... sounds like you will be needed a puller... especially if you needed to "persuade" it on in the first place.

Realistically this is only path to high end lighting on some vehicles.. Remove headlights, bake them in the oven, split them and start hacking.. install the projector kits, use LED or HID bulbs and stick them back together. The retrofit source has great videos on the process on their U tube channel.

Nothing with those no. I haven't had any issues with the Tahoe's Display or bulb out alarms. I did all exterior and interior bulbs LED (except high beam at the moment) only have to add a resistor to the turn signals to avoid hyper flash. Those seem ok, i just wonder about over heating without...

i have VLED's micro(H1) in my Tahoe and they are great so far. (in a upgraded projector though, id still recommend in factory housing) as long as you index them to your housing they should be a major upgrade shipping time is unreal, usually 2 days 3 max...
