Put the head of the tie wrap under the throttle block and trim the excess off with an exacto knife. I said rubber tape but i guess i used vynil. Stretch the first wrap and then dont stretch the 2nd..or last wrap because it will eventually want to peel back. Sent from my LG-H812 using Tapatalk
