Late last season I noticed a grinding sound/feeling from my clutches when shifting into reverse on my '15 pro. If I put it back into forward and move ahead a foot or two, then back into reverse the sound is gone. It's a very noticeable sound, and feeling in the bars. I've had the...
You will have to cut your rails down to make the change to 7 tooth avids. An antistab kit is needed as well. And if you are going ride any sort of groomed trail, another tunnel cooler is recommended. These sleds tend to get hot with 3" tracks.
I made the jump to boost-it this past year. I can't say enough about how great their kit, and the company backing it is. Bar none, there is no better kit on the market.
And if you use the small spacer and bolt from your secondary clutch instead of the tool. Works absolutely perfect, and you always have it on the trail. No need to spend money.
Will the sled idle after you change plugs? For how long? At what point does it shut off? Cruise speed? Under boost only? Anything on the dash light up? Have you played with anything lately? Like throttle cable, etc....
I've got got a similar product for my cold air intake for the turbo. I like to leave stuff locked up all all the time. For one I would forget, and two, I've had friends who had stuff go missing while in a restaurant or in a store.
It really grinds my gears when people post a new thread on here asking for help with a machine they own, get good advice, and we never hear from them again. Seems like as long as the problem is still current, the person will respond with what's happening, but then suddenly nothing. The...
Pm'd you about injectors. Yes, I never thought about the exhaust. That's a very good place to start. These turboed pros seem to backfire when cold on start up, and that could have blown out exhaust. It usually affects all rpm though. Not sure where to get the fuel pressure gauge, a...
If it ran good when you parked it, how would the reeds be broken? It usually takes a lot of Reed pedal to make a significant bog like the one your experiencing. I would lean more to fuel pump, or regulator. Maybe even injectors. Which I happen to have a new set for a 12 in my garage...
Neil at boost-it has had the axys turboed all winter. Given it does have a different tunnel and track. But my point being, the new engine been under boost and it's holding up. That's great news for us guys who can't keep anything stock.
I like the changes they made. They could have moved the brake disc down though. And why a 2.6" track? Just go to 3" already.
Interested in trying one out.

I disagree, to an extent. Rider capability is a major factor in how efficient and effective a machine is to ride. But, let's face the facts, there's no way the average Joe would be riding in the same terrain on a iq chassis as the pro. They...
