HTR rocks they do great work always get stuff done on time when there is dead lines to meet. They did 6 of my wraps last year, this year they are doing 8 of my races sleds and truck and trailer stuff they have a few great changes this year to make there kit even better for the 2015 season...
technical service bulletion lol Polaris says there is nothing wrong with the cylinders or the pistons clearances lol I have had over a 100 of these motors apart funny part is that a new cylinder and a re done cylinder is 2 thow difference tighter then a new one the really way to fix...
on a 45gal drum if sealed and in cool play one year ... Jordon from vp has told me that for years 5 gal cans 2 months because the way they seal they leak through the plastic spout so if you have 5 gal jugs us them up
marchuk if you seal it up good and store in in a really cool place were there is no sun and it stays pretty cool it will last for a year I have done that with mine over the years

The mtntk fix kits are the way too g o 11 12 for sure 13 not as bad the 14s there has been a bit of a change but if you are looking for durability this fix kit will help you will gain about 7 hp by doing this as well
you have been doing a great job on this .... will be good to see what mountains step up to hold this cant wait I am in for it all ,,, you should talk to Justin at HTR designs he is really good to deal with maybe he can do something on sticker .....
when you were checking did you pull your caliper off and check for play I have had 3 2014 do this the belts are so tight u would think the bearing would go first it is wearing the sharft out and the bearings wear fine the quick drive bolts are only and should be tqr to 45ftlbs
tdr yes they have been covering under warranty I can probably get them up graded for you as well just did some last week I will need your sled for pics and send Polaris a service report ......
hey tdr you have found the adjuster will not move at all I have had three this year that adjuster has welded its self to the threads on the shock body .. where did you buy your sled ?
hey if you are looking for the best fit and the best looking vents you really want to go with FIRE AND ICE I run them on all 14 pros I feel they are the best vents out there ;)
hunter rowlett12 take a look and the timbersled skids i have them in all of my sleds my Yamaha and Polaris s really easy to change turn one bolt on back and can have it wheely or just have it keep the skis on the snow have had good luck with mine
hey Dalton w who is your dealer you are dealing with ? There is a problem with the 14 arms I have had 6 or 7 now fail i have got warrenty on them so far the glue is letting go .i pulled mine off right out of the creat when i built my turbo
