Get a hold of Gene from EVO. Think it’s Go Custom who builds a new nose cone assemble that he sells.

Found the problem eventually. If you have a FOUR STROKE SOLUTIONS rollover valve/tether, if the relay goes it will give all sorts of strange electrical problems.
