I had the 2yr standard warranty also had them put new pistons in 2wks before the warranty expired.I pulled the Y pipe and one piston had mild scoring on it. I think it has a lot to do with the Dealer and there relationship with Polaris.

Not true my 09 Dragon went over 13 grand in warranty repairs and never denied paid 11,500 for it.Warranty is only as good as your dealer.

As for the $300 tell them to suck it up,Tech's get a $100 to uncrate and run up and PDI a sled.So it costs $200 to swap a jackshaft? Ask them how much Polaris is allowing to do the service bulletin,that should make there face go red!

Code 51-10 TPS Abnormal Rate of Change Maybe your trigger finger is to slow. :D I would adjust the TPS or change it.

Service Bulletin calls for 45ft lbs for top and bottom bolts.They inspect the belt and install new bolts for under 500miles.Over 500miles they also inspect the Jackshaft and bearings and replace as necessary.Mine had 675miles and Jackshaft was hooped,waiting for parts now.
