Try fitting a helmet with removable cheek pads,you'll find you can wear a smaller size.Then remove the foam from the cheek pad and snap them back in.I did this with a 3X HJC and fits great.

I would guess so,need to tear it down and put new ones in.Also will have to flush the cooling system and oil tank,lines and pump.Got a bit of work ahead of you.

Did you put new water and oil seals on the rotary shaft behind the water pump?

Ring ends will catch a port if in backwards and break piston and chip the port.You will see when taking apart.

Looks like pistons are in backwards?Arrows should face exhaust.

With key and kill switch off pull 4-5 times,then turn on and pull.If it starts first-second pull,I would say a weak capacitor,if not then change the fuel filter.

I have the HH also,they take more to dial in but work great when done.Pulls hard through out RPM.Have 69.5 grms in now 8200 rpm local riding stock with the thing can.Also have the Glide washer kit in the primary,no coil bind in the spring and no gouges in cover and spider.My :twocents:
