If u got enough slack in the chain for 2extra teeth on the bot, get a new chain, it's worn out.General rule of thumb-u can go up 1 tooth on top gear with good chain, any more than that -junk the chain.

Yeh, only happens with the rear billets, more pressure on them. The 1/2 clipped track doesn't help any and I really can't see anodizing helping any. But that's just my:twocents:
What kind of "crap" could possibly be on the tensioner bolt in the chaincase? If there is , you'd best be cleaning everything. Your dealer is right, turn tensioner bolt finger tight, back off about 1/2 turn to get the spring clip in .
Take your billets to a machine shop, have them square grooved and stretch a square o-ring on them.Track won't take a "likken and keep on tikken".:tazz:
