If the tank lays on its side it has to lay the same way in order to fill. It may have an autostop system using a float. Check that out.......worth a try
I just had the same problem on Friday......Check the red wire behind the chain case.....look low by the tunnel....the wire will wear on the tunnel and ground out. I lifted up the wire and sled started right up. I am going to NAPA tomorrow and use some liquid tape and fix the problem. Then tie up...

I was told by my dealer that my block heater cord only works under -18c. I would love to plug in around -10c. The dealer said if the cord is cut and a new end installed it will flag a code that will never come out. Anybody ever changed the end on there block heater cord?
