Yea i can't see efi taking too long to be compatible with the '11+. It's cool they are doing the dodges now as well. I am trying to get a buddy to go that route for his cummins chip. We will have to wait and see i guess :)
Yea i have the 5 on my efi live as well. You can switch it on the fly which is nice but i wouldnt recommend doing that on a regular basis. It is nice when there is some guy in a convertible behin you and u wanna smoke him out though!!! :) not that i've ever done that...
Jared knows his chit. I would go with what he says. Efi can b a lot of tweaking. But if u have someone who knows what theyre doing then it should be relatively painless.
If next time the theives r in his house is he supposed to just call the cops and watch them take his furnitre / television/ furnace and maybe even the sink before they get there. By then they will be long gone. There will be no finger printing. Just a report done. And hopefully you have good...
I am guessing fuel economy? Egr deletes and prv reroutes r a must for these new diesels. The intakes get all full of oil and soot. And lots of people have had trouble with their dpf's as well. Next year is urea injection right? Or is that already on the 11's? I think it might be actually...
It would be pretty tough to watch someone drive away with your quad though. I understand both sides but i believe he was more saying the law should be implementing stiffer penalties to deter theft.
Wow. That sounds like a load of horse chit. It is amazing what one person gets away with and another ome gets prosicuted these days. Let's give people running purple fuel stiffer fines than theives!! If the theives were stealing the gov't's money it would be another story...
Yea i got the hitch/ locking pins last year. And i called about the keys about a month ago and the guys were more than willing to try and help me out. But after looking for a few months i finally found the keys with my neighbor! Lucky i'd say! I apreciate the service and won't shop anywhere else...
Yea but chits so $$$ if i wasnt in the middle of finishing my basement it wouldnt b such a big deal. A 3/4 ton shouldnt sag with only a few hundered pounds. But i am definitely wanting to get bags/ traction bars in the future
I am not too sure. He has a website. It is xtremefxtuning.com. He did mine up a little over a year ago and met me on the south end of leduc because i live in red deer. So we just did it in the parking lot by petro canada. Last time i talked to him he was still in school for a mechanical...
Agreed. They charged me $100 less for my drop hitch than hitch warehouse was offering. Excellent people to deal with. And when i thought i lost my hitch key they said they would try all of their keys and find me a new one! Excellent customer service. I would also highly recommend.
Thanks for the info. I heard
The blocks were bad and thats why i was considering gettin rid of them. I will look into this for sure. Ladder bars are definitely in the works already.
I have EFI live tuned in my truck from a guy in edmonton. From everything i read on the duramax forums and everywhere i looked it is supped to be the best way to go. I love it. I havent had an issue. Mitch cooper did mine and reprogramed the transmission and built me a smoke mode/ turbo brake...
Yea i had no trouble with the deck at first. Its an aluminum deck on a 3/4 ton diesel. There should b zero sag from that. If my spring is no good i am gonna put 8" deavers or something similar on. If not i will b putting airbags on. Thanks guys. I will check my springs when i get home tuesday n...
So when i was home last i put a sled deck on my truck and 3 days later my rear end started sagging (1 inch or so) and now it is rubbing. I would like some input as i dont want to order leafs and springs just for the hell of it cuz that will be $2000.
I have a cognito 7-9" lift with 5" blocks...
