Well this is what i've learned.....
Everywhere I looked everyone suggested ricochet, but I couldn't find a set of ricochet so I decided to buy the can am models, more expensive but I figure factory, why not?
They seemed nice, so i bought damn near a full set, Had alot of issues getting the...
In my experience, i have two friends that bought mudpro 700s a week before I bought a can am XMR. So they are all brand new machines with no wear on them. All 3 of us went quadding, I never got stuck once, they got stuck twice each (Granted I have a bit more rider experience and the monster...
Well as a update, APPPARENTLY the ogio bag I order was discontinued, and now the new one is going to be the one thats rolled out, "Honcho bag" not a huge difference it seems, but i told them I would take it. I'll update and post a pic or two when I get it.
In my experience, half the price for a reason. I have ogio luggage and gym bag, and it has lasted me a couple years, no issues. Ogio also comes with a lifetime warranty on their gear excluding buckles I think? But the way I see it, the way my luggage bags are holding up (I travel all the time...
Just ordered one online a few nights back, i did my research on it, and storm gave me the same opinion as above. So Hopefully it ends up all fine and dandy.
I know this is off topic, but you've been more then helpful Storm. It's great talking to someone whos had one for a year so I can get the little details. I havent changed a belt on this yet (obviously) wondering if you have yet. Going to look at carrying a spare belt with me, if not on the quad...
Beast is a understatement, had it out in some snow/mud the week i bought it, UNREAL. Passed by the Honda foremans that were stuck in the snow in 4 and rocking the machine back and forth, when i was still in 2 wheel drive. LOL. But ya the first ride, maybe i was a bit of a heavy thumb, but i'm...
sounds like a plan, wondered what I could fit in there, I think that will do for now but the summer, I have family that has some land up in long lake area, they say its a solid day trip on the trails they head to so bring alot of gas, I spent the day riding a week and a half ago and came back...
Ya thanks,
As for the bag in the back i just order the ogio one online, Was going to give the business to my dealer but they didn't even carry it,
So got it for 222 shipping included. I work out of town so I don't mind ordering online to be there when i get home, otherwise i'm like a child...
Looking at all these gourmet gods here, almost makes me jealous, but then I look at the bachelor lifestyle..... and then I feel much better.
I just stick to the couple bottles of H2o and a pack of beef jerky, more or less the gas station special.
But this little cooker has peaked some...
As you can see I'm new to the forum, but from what I gather we got a lot of edmonton area folks up in here. Meet some people, hit some trails, have a few beers and laughs, I'd be game to come out if i can make it out there.
Correct you are,
Storm you order those online or what? I cant find a good a deal as that anywhere. Best I come up with is 430 shipping included for a full set from ricochet and thats online.
Ya, i'm going to shop around when i get a chance and see if i can get a deal, my brother has the camo ogio for the front of his grizzly and he likes it. I also gotta look at some skid plates. You got any on your rig or any recommendations?
I was looking at that online last night actually, only one that seems quality, and I have several OGIO bags for luggage, good quality stuff. How much room is leftover, i see that extra flap there for a cushioned seat but if i were to buy a seat for the back of it would it be able to double both...
I am a fan of the renegade,
Honestly, I had my eye on the new xxc and was going to buy it, but when I walked into the dealer I decided to get the outlander XMR, but if the outlander with the XMR package didn't exist, It would be no contest for me toward the renegade. That and the fact I know...
