I'm wondering what led you to pick an aero kit over a boondocks or TSS? Are there pros about it that the other brands do not offer? Is it because it's the kit that mountain magic favors, thus they really know what tuning and clutching works with it? Just curious as to what led to tour choice...
Re: A message to all Snow & Mudders. Be safe out there. my season was just cut short.
Heal up soon bud. Girlfriend had an innocent quad accident on a gravel road and had similar injuries as yourself. We've both bought vests for quadding and sledding since
I'm looking to come down to revy this year as the only time ive been there it was a white out for 3 days and I never got to actually see much past the cabins, avy danger was way too high. I'll pm you when im planning and hopefully you can spare a day to show me and my buddies around the hills if...
He taught me lots last year but I still manage to hit lots of trees. Oh well I look forward to learning more this year and I got a buddy to join us this year also.
I have the large bag and mount my extra shovel in the webbing. Haven't had any problems with the shovel or handle falling out and my sled gets rode hard and rolled over all the time.
Im with gibsons on this. I just bring wings dry ribs shrimp jal pops taquitos etc. I prefer finger food over whole meals. Very impressive food prep there lowlife. Love my thing cooker can and recommend it to anyone looking at a can or muffpot.
Had a great time! Both movies were awesome but I think fourcast was better. It was really cool to be able to meet and talk to so many of the riders after the show.
I took the chris brown clinic last year and learned quite a few things. He got me to do my first drop, about 25 feet, and after watching him do it and listening to all the tips it was a piece of cake and tons of fun. He said all the same things being said in this thread but what really helped me...
A couple weeks ago me and the girlfriend went to sask to go camping and quadding. On the second day she rolled her quad on top of herself on a gravel road on our way to a fishing hole. We had to drive her to the closest hospital where she was airlifted to saskatoon. She had a badly collapsed...
Yeah max im still a new rider so steep sidehills are out of my reach for the time. I get what you're saying though about the tapered boards. But yeah its just a project id be interested to do one day, who knows if it will ever happen. Its the type of thing that takes lots of research and can be...
Well I like the full tube design of the skinz but I have a freeride which has wide boards and the skins taper near the back like the normal xp boards. The jt boards are more square it appears (never seen em in person yet) and id prefer the shape and size of the jt's but with a tube design like...
Im a welder and I haven't seen running boards that look EXACTLY the way I want so I have considered doing the same thing. Those JT's are nice and I also like the skinz but theres small differences that id like to make.
I think if I were to have that as a mod on any sxs I would want a rear windshield or a plexiglass tray and shield around the rad area in case something happened. Also it could work as a bit of a heat shield to keep the heat from the rad off the back of your neck. Just a thought.
But the...
I know its short notice but myself and a fellow member of the OAC are meeting for a ride at HHA at 10 am. We're not going for a big mud ride or anything(the other guy is on a sport quad) we just wanna put on some miles. Call or text me at 780-952-8119 if you wanna ride with us or look for a...
