That's awesome. I've needed something to replace those flimsy parts as I keep trying to band aid them together. Does this interfere in any way with aluminum skid plates?
Honestly I feel when a manufacturer showcases their competitors product beside their own it just allows the customer to see the difference between the 2 products. It shows they aren't afraid of customers seeing both products side by side to make an easier comparison.
I'm going riding. If I can't hook up with someone in vale this weekend then I'm still gonna go to swan hills on Sunday. Damn the cold I'm off work and I'm going
TTTT
last chance if anyone would like to let me tag along and ride with them this weekend. I can drive myself out i just don't have anyone to ride with and I'm not willing to go out alone.
I'd love to get out this weekend to Mcbride valemount or blue river but I'm without riding partners. I'm looking to tag along with someone for this weekend. I have my ast1, all my avy gear and a reliable 2012 sled. I have a diesel truck and 2 place trailer. You can respond on here or text me at...
These updates and videos you've been providing us with are excellent. Good information and clearly explained so that all levels and experience of riders can understand. Thanks and keep it up!
Also I love that you put an any beacon on the dog too.
Chris if you read this PLEASE bring the viper to Mcbride this weekend. Even if it's not completely finished yet. There's more than a few of us that wanna try it out at the clinic.
I'm a newer rider (3rd season) and love my free ride but I never had a chance to try the so called "too heavy" nytro, until the Chris Brown clinic last year when he let me ride his modded rental t-nytro. With the turbo power and narrow front end I found it was easier to handle then my sled. The...
Nice rant! Hope you enjoy your freeride, I know I love mine. I know there's a few guys on here that put 4-6000 kms on every year and buy a brand new ski doo every year. I'd like to see one of them keep their sled for the full 4 years and put those miles on to really show how good the etec is.
Tried on the Tobe onezy at the Chris Brown clinic last year. Very nice product but as their target market group is snowboarders and skiers they don't fit like the snowmobile gear from Klim or motorfist. I found them to be too baggy in the leg and seat with a very low hanging crotch. If they fit...
I didn't summer fog it, I just started it every month and let it warm up and idle for a bit. And I do sometimes have to start the sleds to move them out of the shop or other things so sometimes they do just get started and only run for 2 minutes or so. I figured there's no need to worry.
Just doing a bit of work on my free ride and pulled off the exhaust and found there's a nice puddle of oil in the y-pipe.
I have noticed this with the gf's ptek before and figure it's normal for the older carbed engine. Is this a normal thing for an ETEC also? Sled is a 2012 with 2100 km.
