there is all kinds of half witted stuff go on here all summer,,,, that is typical....... it is far too late to ask nit wits to stop,,, the laws are coming and the fences are being built to put an end to what we know as free riding.
According to any map I have seen it is really called Fall Creek,,,,, how the "S" got in there???? Most everyone does call it Falls Creek though,,,, Best time to in there is after the May Long so most trees across the trail get cut by the weekend warriors.
There are random sites along the Trunk,,,,, There is a limit to how far off the road you can camp,,,,, dont remember how far???? You would have to get there days before as all the popular spots are full before Friday usually, many take out thier units to hold the sites.
If I didnt have to work this weekend I would be heading into Mounument Valley south of Onion lake,,,,, I am now working south of Marble mnt and there is a good amount of snow on the powerline/pipeline that heads to Limestone mnt,,,,,,,,

Im working close to Mountain Aire Lodge,,,,,,, It was snowing and still is all day,,,,,,,,,, I snowed 3" overnight near the Lodge,,,,, I think Scalp would be real good...... saw some pics on google earth of that valley from 2 weeks ago,,,,, looks awsome......
macronut backed out on Sat. with me and spike7ss ,,,,,,,,, too bad! It was a total adventure! the truck ride in,, sledding and the sledding comunitee helping each other to get everybody out, it was great!
I would suggest taking quads in from Lick Creek stagging area,, the trail is a rough ride in a vehicle. Takes 2 hrs or so to the parking lot by Kakwa River. 1 km walk in to the falls. I always went to the falls first and coming back went up horn ridge,,,,, or do a 2 day and go up Horn on day...
very excellent conditions in the hummingbird and any other place along the way,,,,,,,, was snowing so hard we had just as much fun with the trucks, thanks to one fellow who brought 2 sets of chains and we broke trail to stagging,,,, we had got stuck and where backing out when 7 trucks with sleds...
