I think that is fair,,, keeps food on the table for the tourism people, everyone has different rules,,,,,,, make sure you want something before you book,,,,, keeps the honest - honest!!!! It is difficult to rebook last minute with things booked already and people backing out.

I am sure it is crap,,,,,, wind was wicked strong,,,,,,,,,, in the wooded areas there is snow, but any hill in the open is rock and dirt!!!!!! STUPID WIND!!!!! I wonder if there is a call for ditch guiding???
